This is one of the most PATRIOTIC songs written in the last half century....and whats more interesting is it's true in content and spirit.

I cannot recomend this song & video too highly for all real partiotic and loyal Americans.

Mosh is a meaningful and powerful song. Listening to it increased the huge respect I already have for Eminem.
"Mosh" refers to a slam dance as a huge protest against Bush. The song starts solemnly with a couple of kids (including little Hailie) pledging allegiance to the American flag.
A few seconds later, Shady is addressing to the crowd as the powerful personality he actually is with the terrific background of the 9/11 th attacks of the World Trade center.
Marshall's voice imposes respect from his audience: you gotta listen and be ready to start this collective slam dance as a huge form of protest against Bush.
The first verse is a fist to punch Bush's face. The same man who once grew up in a fatherless home and who used to be constantly broke has become an amazing entertainer, a responsible father and an astute entrepreneur. Those words are huge encouragement for single parenting homes who are so often underprivileged in one of the richest countries of the world. Eminem is a living example that you can make it, no matter where you come from.
Marshall is a self made man: his overwhelming success and his fortune have increased his power within a few years: when Eminem raises his voice, you can be sure that he will be heard. Often being criticized for his leftist opinion, Marshall doesn't fear the Bush administration. He is ready to show his opposition to a government that fully disgusts him.
Words from Eminem's mouth have the power to open some bricks in the wall of incomprehension left by the American government and to give people some hope for a brighter future (without Bush, of course).

I would also like to raise my own voice along with Eminem's in reaction to some statements like those coming from some Americans: "Bush's election is only an American matter. The rest of the world shouldn't care about it."

People coming up with such stupid statements have really no idea about geopolitics. Everybody should be aware of the consequences of Bush's actions on the world's nations destiny. Fatal errors can lead to a domino effect in no time.
Not only had the drama of September the 11th tragical consequences for America, but it also weakened Europe economically and increased unemployment.

Some of you may not have noticed it, but Mosh also sounds prophetic. Through a "monster" like Ossama Ben Laden, God is trying to send us a message: Americans are responsible of the situation. They allowed Bush to take power and to commerce with Ossama which lead to the tragically situation we already now.
It is high time for anybody, no matter where we come from to stand up and to fight for our rights. It is more than a duty for American citizens to vote against the worst American president in history and it is very important for people from other countries to show their opposition even in words. We have the power, the obligation and the duty to refuse a president who endangers the whole world for his own selfish commercial interest.

They show the will of an engaged rapper to strenghten our own voice in this world. Marshall tells us to fight and he em-powers us through his insightful speech. We have no reason to feel week and to accept to be the prisoner of Bush's psychological manipulations.
Mosh has been written for America and the world's sake. It offers us a new definition of American patriotism and makes people understand that it is not necessary be a victim of Bush's military policy to be a good citizen.

Eminem is taking power against Bush and his words will tear the current Mr President in people's mind like the teeth of an alligator.

Firstly, it's not. Those whos support war should go fight it. That's what he's trying to say. He also says we need to bring the troops home. That's more patriotic then anyone out there. Being anti-bush doesn't mean you don't support the troops. Eminem supports the troops. But when you have family members in war over reasons that Bush tries to justify (which is wrong), you may be singing a very different tune.

Don't sit there and say that being anti-war is worse then being pro-war. Pro-war is getting our people killed. Whomever is pro-war, should go fight the war. And this video Mosh supports that very view. It's far from propaganda. It's merely an opinion that Eminem has...he wants our troops home. I do. Their our own people.

Here is how it is; to create propaganda like this, that victimizes our troops is to lower the moral of our country. Nobody likes war, nonetheless our troops in Iraq are heros; it's time to stop making them feel like the country pities them, and instead make them realize that we honor them. I don't approve of the war, but as more and more celebrities develop negative propaganda, we are dividing our country. The election is over, the people decided, it's time to stop the childish argueements and unify to support our troops and our country. All differences aside, I admire Eninem for saying his opinion, nonetheless, there are more productive ways of supporting our troops. Rather than just making a song about a problem, why not donate album sales to entainment and recreation for our troops? Just a thought. Someone else on here said that videos like this and people who feel like eminem do so because they think there is an "invisible (evil) force" at work. They questioned where these forces are. If they had looked they would have seen them clearly.

Take the patriot act for example. It violates the constitution! At least four times! You start taking peoples rights away in the name of security, and you will have the exact opposite of what you advocate.

Then there's the media. They just repeat whatever the white house tells them to and never question it. Remember when Bush landed on the USS Lincoln in that jump suit like some hero who lead the way to the end of a short war and victory was all on our minds. The war was no where near over. So where's the media play into that? Well, take a look at the New York Times responce to the event. They reguarded it as "A reganeque finally" and acted serious about the whole thing, at least they pretended to. But if you go over to a more formal news paper, the Wall Street Journal, they said this was the beginning of the 2004 presidential election campaign. And it's not the first time things like this have happened. Fear has also been used as a tool, waved around by the media, provided by the governemt, and questioned by few. But the few who ask questions are getting louder...

So what about these terrorists. This so called "vast network of sleeper cells who are in up to 60 different countries." You look at the people who were arrested after 9/11 suspected of being in a terrorists group. Somewhere are 450 total, so far, and out of all of them not one has been convicted and all charges have been dropped because no one had any evidence of anything. If that doesn't say right there that there are no sleeper cells (at least anywhere near the extent of what they tell us on TV), then it might say that our police force is so stupid that they can't even bring a true terrorist to jail with supportiing evidence that any idiot would be able to find. I mean, even before you can arrest a person for a crime, some piece of evidence has to tie them to said crime, right?

It's very easy to point a finger at Bush too. He is the icon...well, rather the puppet that the world identifies as "USA Government." But I think people who point at him for us getting into this situation are jumping the gun because he is, again, easy to blaim. Yes, he is. Why? Not as much for the things he has done to make things worse for us, but more importantly, the things he HAS NOT done to prevent things from getting any worse. I hate how bush just rides along with the flow of whatever the administration hands him. It's simply what anyone would expect a government to do when they can easily take advantage of a president with a low IQ. One of his former advisors described Bush as "A blind man in a room full of deaf people."

So, all of the war problems in the world, nearly all of which started or are within our control...is it unpatriotic stand against a president or governemnt who is reponsibile for getting you into a war you never wanted to or even had to go to in the first place? I think it's more unpatriotic to just sit back and let the governemnt take control. The people are there for a reason and they have been ignored countless times. They exsist to keep the governemnt in check. It's why we do things like vote, for example.

But now voting is becomming corrupted with electronic ballots that leave no paper trail and has exhibited some of the worst security holes in the voting process. The units are deeply flawed, and for a company to vouch for millions of voters who may or may not get who they voted for elected because some hacker (or a politician with a lot of money and a few bribes) could totally reverse the outcome of any election. Not like it would be that big of a problem considering our Senate has a 99% incumbancy rating. The same officials are elected in over and over and over. Is that right?

Telling someone to leave the country and join Al-Qaida is not going to solve this countries problems. The only way for something like that to make sense is if the goals were purely ideological and nothing else. Religion and nothing more. Sorry, but it's not that simple. Nothing is that simple.

So...in conclusion, I don't see how the united states can justify the death of US soldiers and innocent civilians over there in the name of freedom when IT WASN'T THE ORIGINAL OBJECTIVE! The governemnt lied, the world knew it before we even went to Iraq (just ask the UN) but we didn't care or question back then. Now, a lot of us are.

This is one cool video. I can actually understand the words to this song and they are damned good, thoughtful and thought-provoking. Excellent animation, particularly the character animation, with the wonderful ending of what every American still (for now) has the right to do.

The freedom to disagree was one of the main ideas the founders of our country beleived in. Its because they disagreed with Englands rule that we are a country and not a part of england. From a visual standpoint, I really liked this video. Eminem doesn't impress me here. I'm see his point was along the lines of "Vote Against Bush or Die". His music was weak, but with some strong lyrics. This is Eminem, so I have to lower my expectations. This man seems very, very troubled and easily angered. The video is great, except for Eminem.

Very well made, very clean. You decide what the message is. 5 stars for art, 5 stars for production values. 5 stars for content. It's stuff like this tha makes me think we need more stars in the rating system.

I flat-out recommend this. I've shown it to a 14 year old, that's his quote at the beginning. Showed it to a 74 year old, and she watched it 4 times in a row.

I'm gonna play this on a loop on halloween, in my front window.
edit: I showed it in my front window for 5 hours, my house was completely unattended, but was unmolested in a neighborhood where halloween mischief is rampant. The only sign of anything unusual was a flat spot on the grass where people had obviously spent some time dancing or sitting and watching, or moshing or whatever it is them durn kids do these days that makes flat spots in lawns.

I would have loved to see this come out a few weeks earlier, when it might have spurred a few more people to register to vote. As it is now, I have faith that it will spur a few people to actually get to the polls that might have blown it off in this last week of dirty campaigning.

I always knew that Eminem was talented, but I never really liked him, largely because his message has been poison at times.

That said, I *REALLY* like this video. Stomp is political without being pussywhipped or hopelessly sullied. That's a hard, hard thing to do, and Eminem and GNN did a great job of it. Hats off to all involved to get this out before the election. Five stars!
